RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY

We at Glosil take utmost care to provide first-class products to our customers.

Post your order, each product goes through a series of quality checks to ensure that they are safely delivered to you.

But, if you ever feel that the product is damaged or does not meet the specifications on our website, we will readily provide you with a replacement/refund.

In case of any return or replacement, kindly drop in a mail at info@glosil.com with a small brief of your return reason along with the order number.

We have a 7-day return policy, where you can return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of product delivery.

Kindly note that we do not accept returns for the following instances-

  • Incidental damages due to misuse of product
  • Products that are not in the original packing conditions
  • Return request raised after 7 days from the date of product delivery

Refunds will be initiated once the return product is received at the warehouse and undergone the necessary inspections.  The entire process might take 7-8 working days. We appreciate your patience here.
